1. Acceptance
By downloading, opening, or using Habitab, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
Habitab is a mobile app that helps users track habits, create personal goals, use focus and self-care exercises, and stay motivated through a virtual pet experience.
Habitab is not a medical, psychological, legal, or professional advisory service.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for using the app lawfully, keeping your account information secure, and ensuring that the information you provide is accurate.
Content in Habitab is supportive and informational. You should consult an appropriate professional before making decisions about health, psychology, addiction, safety, or legal matters.
4. Virtual Content
Diamonds, energy, virtual items, pet appearances, and similar content in the app are provided only for the in-app experience. They have no real monetary value and cannot be used outside the app for money or other value.
5. Acceptable Use and Account Security
You must not misuse Habitab, attempt to access another user's account, interfere with the app's security, or use automated tools to manipulate the service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and should contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Account Deletion
You may delete your account from within the Habitab app or request deletion by contacting info@habitab.tech.
7. Purchases
Any purchases or subscriptions are processed through the relevant app store. Refunds are subject to the applicable Google Play or App Store policies.
8. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create in Habitab, such as habit names, goals, journal entries, and reflections. You allow Habitab to store and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the app.
9. Intellectual Property
The Habitab name, app design, software, text, visuals, icons, logo, and other content belong to Habitab or the relevant rights holders. Copying, distributing, modifying, or reverse engineering the app is prohibited except where permitted by law.
10. App Changes and Availability
App features, content, and service availability may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted.
11. Disclaimer
Habitab is designed to support habit building, focus, and personal awareness. The app does not provide medical treatment, psychological counseling, crisis intervention, or emergency support.
If you are in an emergency or there is a risk of harm to yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or qualified healthcare services immediately.
12. Age Restrictions
Habitab is intended for general use, but some content or features may be age-restricted. Minimum age and parental consent requirements depend on the user's jurisdiction.
13. Account Restrictions
If an account seriously violates these Terms or is used to harm the service or other users, access may be limited or suspended as reasonably necessary.
14. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. When the updated text is published in the app, continuing to use Habitab means you accept the updated terms.
